Exchange Policy
At CubsNCrowns, we take great care to deliver products that meet your expectations. However, if there’s an issue with the size or a genuine concern, we offer exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
Exchange Eligibility
We accept exchanges only in the following cases:
- Size issues
- Manufacturing defects
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Have all original tags and packaging intact
- Be requested for exchange within 2 days of delivery
Note: We do not accept exchanges on:
- Sale items
- Customized or gift-packaged items
- Orders for which the exchange is not requested within the 2-day window
How to Request an Exchange
Please email us at cubsncrowns@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your Order Number
- Reason for the exchange
- Photographs of the item (if applicable)
Exchange Process
- Once your exchange request is approved, we will share shipping instructions.
- You will be responsible for securely shipping the item back to us.
- After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the exchange and dispatch the replacement item.
No Returns or Refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds on any orders. Only exchanges, as per the above terms, are accepted.
